  • HOUSE RULES AND EXPECTATIONS FOR SHORT OR LONG TERM ACCOMMODATION
    *This apartment may be rented by the room as shared accommodation OR booked whole.
    *If shared, we reserve the right to switch rooms as needed without compromising comfort.
    *If booked whole, rooms/beds are made available as per number of guests booked.
    *We ask that you use common courtesy. Please be respectful and considerate with other guests, neighbours, and property. Quiet time is 10pm.
    *Check-ins are from 2 pm - 10 pm and check-out is before 11 am. Earlier check-ins or extended check-outs may be considered at owner's discretion or with additional payment. e10 will be charged for check-ins after 10 pm. Please give your arrivial and departure times.
    *Please have full rent/balance with you upon arrival. A refundable damage deposit may be required. PassPort / ID may be requested.
    *Water, Gas & Electricity consumption may be metered and charged separately for full apartment rental. A fixed rate may apply for rooms.
    *Internet is free except for monthly rentals which is e40 p/mth.
    *For daily room rentals,  laundry facilities are available past two weeks or charged e10.
    *A e60 - e120 cleaning fee applies at the end of stay for full apartment rental.
    *A e10 - e25 cleaning fee may apply for room only rental, depending on extent use of kitchen.
    *E-Cigarettes are allowed in private rooms and common areas. Regular smoking may be allowed in designated areas only until 10 pm.
    *Furniture or beds must not be shifted around unless with prior approval from host.
    *Street parking is free. RV pad or garage may be available for a small fee. Please inquire.
    *An additional e75 applies for weeks that include Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, and NYE.
    *We will not be held liable for personal injury on the premises. We recommend the purchase of personal insurance.
    *Before departure, please ensure the place is left in the same order you found it.
    *We always hope that guests enjoy their stay without problems, however, a booking indicates acceptance of all the above.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Policy: Strict - 50% refund up until two weeks prior to arrival - less any fees.
